Breakfast (minimum of 40 players)
Coffee and an assortment of muffins for your sleepy golfers. $3.99 pp

Boxed Lunch (pick any of the following two items)
Choose from: Tuna, Turkey, Ham and Cheese, and Roast Beef.
Sandwiches are served on a bulkie roll w/ lettuce and tomato.
All Boxed Lunches will be accompanied by a candy bar and soda. $9.99 pp

American Barbeque
Traditional-style American backyard Barbeque with Black Angus Burgers (Voted best burger in Plymouth), all-beef Hot Dogs, and Barbeque Chicken. Served with homemade Coleslaw, SMGC Potato Salad, and fresh Watermelon. $13.99 pp

Italian Buffet
Updated for 2005. Start off with a Caesar salad or Minestrone Soup. Then enjoy Chicken and Sausage Cacciatore, Spaghetti and Meatballs, and Lasagna. Served with Garlic Bread and Strawberries and Zabaglione for dessert. $14.99 pp

Baked Stuffed Chicken
Boneless Breast of Chicken Stuffed and baked to a delicious golden brown, covered w/ a supreme sauce and served w/ Potato, a seasonal vegetable and fresh Cookies and Brownies for Dessert. $14.99 pp

Land and Sea
The Southers Marsh famous Steak Tips w/ Scallop and Shrimp Scampi. Served with jasmine rice, a seasonal vegetable and fresh Cookies and Brownies. $20.99 pp

Prime Rib
12 oz Prime Rib au jus served off the bone with garlic roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetable, salad, and fresh cookies and brownies. $27.99 pp

New England Clambake
One pound to One and a quarter pound Boiled Lobsters served with Drawn Butter, Steamed Soft-Shelled Clams, New England Clam Chowder, Corn on the Cob, Boiled Potato, Onions, Sweet Sausage, Corn Bread, Watermelon, and Strawberry Shortcake. Market Price.
